Because this is a highly concentrated 30 % CBD resin, we recommend starting with a smaller amount and gradually adjusting it as needed.

Use the resin once or twice daily. To start, squeeze out approximately 0,5 cm to 1 cm of resin, place it under the tongue, hold for approximately 1-2 minutes, and then swallow. For sensitive individuals or beginners, we recommend extra caution and gradual adjustment of the amount.
