  1. PRICES

All prices on the website are stated in EUR (€) and include VAT.
Prices may be regular or promotional. Promotional prices are clearly marked.
The price published at the time the order is placed applies.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical error, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Prices apply while stocks last.
Product photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

  1. VALIDITY OF THE ORDER

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that:

  • they accept the terms and conditions,
  • they are at least 18 years old.

The order becomes binding once confirmed by the provider.
The provider reserves the right to reject an order in the event of technical errors, suspected abuse or failure to meet the conditions.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

The online shop offers the following payment methods:

  • payment by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other supported cards),
  • payment by pro forma invoice,
  • cash on delivery.

4.1 Payment by Card

Card payments are processed through secure payment systems (Bankart / Stripe / QuickPay or another certified processor).

Payments are:

  • protected by the SSL protocol,
  • compliant with PCI-DSS standards,
  • protected by the 3D Secure mechanism (where required).

Card details are not stored on the servers of Grail Herbs d.o.o.

The provider reserves the right to:

  • verify the transaction,
  • temporarily hold or cancel an order in the event of suspected abuse,
  • reject the order if authorisation is unsuccessful.

4.2 Payment by Pro Forma Invoice

After placing the order, the buyer receives the payment details.
The goods are dispatched after payment is received.

4.3 Cash on Delivery

The buyer pays the purchase price to the delivery service upon receipt of the shipment (cash or card – in accordance with the delivery service’s terms).

The provider reserves the right to restrict or disable cash on delivery in the event of:

  • repeated failure to collect shipments,
  • suspected fraud or abuse,
  • orders above a certain amount (at the provider’s discretion).

If a parcel is not collected, the provider reserves the right to charge shipping and return costs.

  1. DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed on the same or the next working day.
The delivery time is 1–3 working days, except in cases of force majeure or insufficient stock.
Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije or another contracted delivery service.
The delivery charge is 4,90 €. Delivery is free for orders over 50 €, unless stated otherwise.
For cash on delivery, an additional charge of 1,90 € applies.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (14 DAYS)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.
The withdrawal must be sent to info@be-hempy.si.

The goods must be returned:

  • undamaged,
  • unused,
  • in the original packaging.

The buyer bears the return costs.
The withdrawal is considered timely if the shipment is sent within the deadline.

  1. REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

The purchase price is refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
The provider may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of dispatch are received.

The refund is made using the same method as the original payment:

  • for card payments – to the same card,
  • for payment by pro forma invoice – to the buyer’s bank account,
  • for cash on delivery – to the buyer’s bank account, which the buyer provides in writing.
  1. COMPLAINTS AND MATERIAL DEFECTS

The buyer may exercise rights relating to material defects in accordance with applicable legislation.
A complaint must be sent to info@be-hempy.si together with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
The provider bears the return costs in the case of a justified complaint.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Grail Herbs d.o.o. processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation.

Personal data is used exclusively for:

  • fulfilment of the order,
  • communication with the buyer,
  • legal obligations,
  • marketing (based on consent).

Payment data is processed exclusively through certified payment systems and is not stored on the company’s servers.

The buyer has the right to:

  • access,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • objection.

A complaint may be filed with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

  1. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes have a specified validity period.
Discounts cannot be combined.
One promotional code may be redeemed per purchase.

  1. GIVEAWAYS

Giveaways organised by Grail Herbs d.o.o. or conducted through the Be Hempy website or related communication channels are carried out in accordance with Giveaway Rules.

Additional conditions stated when a particular giveaway is announced may also apply. By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that they are familiar with and accept the applicable rules.

12. COMMUNICATION AND E-NEWSLETTERS

Advertising messages will be clearly marked.
The user may unsubscribe from e-newsletters at any time.
The email address is not disclosed to third parties.

13. COPYRIGHT

All content, photographs and data on the website are protected by copyright law.

They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The provider is not liable for:

  • declined card transactions,
  • the buyer’s bank charges,
  • delivery service delays,
  • technical disruptions to payment systems,
  • improper use of products.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Slovenia.
